Returns Policy – Damaged or Faulty Goods

At Rainware, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Return

You may return a product if it:

   • Arrives damaged or defective upon delivery.

   • Develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period.

   • Change of mind within 30 days – a 20% restocking fee will apply.

 

Note: We do not accept returns for custom products (if not listed on our website), incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

 

Lodging a Return or Warranty Claim

 

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please:

 

1. Email support@rainware.com.au with the following:

   • Order number or proof of purchase.

   • Description of the issue.

   • Clear photos showing the fault or damage.

 

2. Our team will assess the claim within 10 business days and advise next steps. If the issue is accepted under warranty, we will:

   • Repair the product where practical.

   • Replace the product or relevant parts at no cost.

   • Provide a return shipping label if necessary.
