Recently, here at Rainware Outdoor Showers, it has been a hive of activity. From the creation of our retailers’ brochure to our new look website, it has been a time of gathering everything that is Rainware into a re-launch of our successful brand and to showcase our new products. As Rainware enters its second decade in business, a renewed focus has been made in the area of marketing and advertising, which I am sure, will see great results.
We are very proudly a 100% Australian made and owned company, with all our products and profits made and distributed throughout Australia. We comply with the Government (WELS) Water Efficiency Labeling and Standards – all our products comply with this standard and hold the highest rating for water efficiency.
We are taking leadership by raising our profile as a WaterAid Australia Corporate Partner. WaterAid transforms the lives of the poorest and most marginalized people in developing countries by improving access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene. It makes me very proud to promote this organisation and highlight these issues that are so easily taken for granted here in Australia.
In retrospect, it has been no mean feat growing our product range into the largest and most comprehensive outdoor shower range in Australia. All whilst remaining 100% dedicated to our Australian manufacturing processes. We believe it is important to remain loyal to our many suppliers and customers who have supported us and helped us grow and establish our company as Australian Made in the marketplace. With overseas imports competing in our Aussie market, it is now more important than ever to stay true to what we do best – that is, deliver the highest quality outdoor product with outstanding ‘before and after’ sales service, backed by our exclusive 10 year OUTDOOR warranty.
As an Australian B2B company, our point of difference is the ability to customise product for existing plumbing situations or those tricky jobs that are just not so straightforward. At no cost to the customer, we also provide an over-the-phone technical support service for the plumber whilst on-site. This takes care of the need for service calls before they arise, leading to greatly satisfied customers and plumbers alike. For Rainware, the demand for customised product has become a regular activity and a Rainware specialty. Contrary to what you may think, customised product does not need to bring with it a high price tag. Our manufacturing processes are hands-on and readily able to accommodate alterations to any degree.
