Thanks for purchasing your new Rainware Shower, we are really happy that you chose to install one of our showers, we promise you won’t be disappointed.

All you need to do now is REGISTER your purchase. Your installer should have left you a sticker with your invoice number on it and an instruction to come to our website and register. So all you need to do now is to fill in the form below and your warranty starts to work.

Remember to stick the sticker into your kitchen cupboard under the sink so you remember where you got your shower from. The great thing about our warranty is that we honour it for the time period, not the owner, so even if you move house, the next home owner could still have a valid warranty on their outdoor shower.

At Rainware we work hard to ensure that you are happy with your products, which is why we have a variety of warranties on various parts of our products. In the unlikely event that you do have a problem with one of our showers, simply call us and we will provide you with a claim form.
